GSXR1300 Big bore cylinder block

This is an example of a common big bore conversion we do for the Suzuki GSXR1300.

The original cylinder is bored to 83mm or 84mm as per the customers requirements.

The cylinder is then plated and honed to the correct bore size and surface finish.

If necessary the head gasket face is decked to ensure flatness so that the head gasket will seal.
